By submitting this subscription application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Application & Approval
Submission of this form does not automatically activate your subscription. All applications are subject to review and approval by The Movement Loft team.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed securely via Paystack. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete your subscription setup.
Recurring Billing Consent
By completing your Paystack subscription, you authorise The Movement Loft to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
Activation of Subscription
Your subscription access will only be activated once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Failed or Missed Payments
If a recurring payment fails or is declined, subscription access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellations must be requested in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Non-Transferable Subscription
Subscriptions are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
Changes to Subscription
The Movement Loft reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, or subscription terms with reasonable notice.
