Welcome to The Movement Loft - a safe, supportive space to explore movement while becoming your strongest and happiest self. Please take a moment to read through the information below to familiarise yourself with the studio and how classes work.

Booking your class:

To book a class, you will need to purchase class credits. Credits can be bought as a single class or as part of a bundle or package.

Class credits

• 5-class pack: valid for 2 months

• 10-class pack: valid for 3 months

​

Class cancellations and late arrivals:

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the class credit being forfeited.

Please arrive on time for your class. As this is a home studio, arriving late disrupts the session and requires me to open during a live class, which isn’t ideal.

Session duration:

Classes range between 35 and 50 minutes. Please check the class length before booking.

​

What to bring

Please bring a water bottle, grip socks, and a towel to every class. These items are available for purchase at reception if needed.

​

General studio etiquette

  • Please remove your shoes and place them in the seated storage box before entering the studio

  • Handbags can also be left in the storage box

  • No shoes are allowed in the studio or on the rebounders

  • To maintain cleanliness, bare feet on the rebounders are discouraged. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase

  • Please ensure to spray down your equipment using the cleaning materials provided after your session. Kindly leave the studio exactly as you would hope to find it 

  • Recording yourself during class is welcome. Please be mindful of other clients who may not wish to be filmed.
