First you need to purchase class credits - either a private class, drop in session or class bundles. Once you have purchased class credits, you can book a session by having a look at the schedule and selecting the class you would like to attend based on class availability. This can be done on both the Movement Loft website or app. Classes can also be bought and paid for in studio, we do have card facilities.

Yes, currently all classes can be booked by using these credits. Any "special classes" will be added to the services page and paid for accordingly.

You should always make sure to bring the following with you to class: - A sweat towel - A waterbottle - Non-slip socks Should you not have any of these items, you can purchase them at the studio. We do have card facilities.

If you are a complete newbie, I highly recommend you book a private class. This session is between 45 min - 1 hour depending on how much assistance you need. We will use this session to learn some of the very basics to allow you to get more confident in studio. This session is 100% yours, so you can decide how you would like to spend the session and make sure to absorb as much information as you need. After this session, you are welcome to book additional private sessions until you feel more confident in a group setting. We can also keep your sessions private sessions should you wish to not attend a group class.

Great news! Class credits including drop ins and bundles do not expire, so you can keep them for any time.

You have a 24-hour period to cancel your class - this will ensure that someone else has the opportunity to book in your place. Should the class be cancelled after the deadline, the class will be deducted from your credits.
