1. Package Transfers
Class packages may be transferred to a friend or family member. To arrange a transfer, please email steph@themovementloft.co.za with the new client’s details.
2. Cancellations
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in the class being forfeited.

3. Validity Period
​5-Class Bundles and Online Class | 5 Class Bundles are valid for 2 months.
10-Class Bundles and Online Class | 10 Class Bundles are valid for 3 months.
4. Weekly & Double Weekly Packages (The Loft Classes)
Our Weekly and Double Weekly packages are offered as recurring subscription plans for clients who attend regularly.

These packages are structured on a weekly usage basis, meaning:

A Weekly Package includes one class per week.

A Double Weekly Package includes two classes per week.

Monthly Billing
These packages are available on a monthly recurring billing basis.
If you would like to be set up on monthly billing, please email steph@themovementloft.co.za to request activation of your subscription.

Once activated:

Your subscription will renew automatically each month.

Standard cancellation policies (24-hour notice) apply to all booked classes.

Subscription changes or cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
