Finally she is here - My boutique home studio, The Movement Loft - a longtime dream!

My approach combines different modalities including Rebounding, Barre and Pilates fusion, so as to challenge the body and the mind with a perfect combination of strength & cardio. Together we will reach your body goals whatever they may be. 

 

Build muscle, improve your stability, mobility and flexibility, harness the mind-body connection & ultimately create better overall physical & mental wellbeing.

 

Whether in-studio or virtually, it’s so easy to get started.
